One Bad decision doesn't call for retirement (or sacking)

He's made some shocking decisions over the last couple of years.
He cost us more than 1 game and the ashes
Have a look at his performance charts year by year and you'll see a decline in his batting over the last 2 years.
I was a Ponting fan when he started playing for Aus, but he doesn't know when to quit
and that's sad, because he is not getting younger and it's going to be downhill from here.

That Cricket dude and everyone has a rough trot with the bat, Steve Waugh and Mark Taylor are recent examples

I count 3 realy bad calls he has made. First by bowling at Edgebaston in 2005 after losing Glenn McGrath before the toss, Second when he brought on the part timers when India were on the Ropes in 2008 when the series was on the line. I would say Third was batting first in this Test

For a bloke who has hacks like Peter Siddle and Mitchel Johnson (who I thought was comming along nicely after last years South African but has since gone back to bowling garbage) he can;t be doing that badly as a captain.
