shane-o must have torn chunks at quarter time.
east deserved the win. they came back and rattled the doggies. highlighted when that idiot gave away a free kick and 50m to east with 5 minutes to go.

IMHO, i dont think that south played better in the second. they were only able to score 2 behinds. east deserved that win. it was FREAKEN AMAZING!

bb? what was thrown at the coach?

My friend from work recounting her tale about knocking the Eagles mascot fair on his ass at the game yesterday (By accident, FWIW).

She reckoned everyone in the vicinity just stopped and went quiet and she thanked god she wasn't wearing any Geelong gear, or there may have been an impropmtu lynching on the cards.

I'm still scratching my head after watching the news last night as to how "an expected upset" was on the cards when the closest the Eagles got was trailing by 11

    "Weaglespeak", Jargs.
Its the way to explain how something not expected to happen is expected to happen, whilst at the same time still not expected to happen...

No doubts they would have relied on local input.

A kick in this game is like a rather nasty alcoholic shooter, only as good as it's chaser...
