    what makes me smile is the fact some brave soul out there risked their own to save me folks house in kelmy fires on sunday. extraordinary effort considering the house actually caught fire but was somehow saved.... thank you whoever you are


    And of course all the efforts of every single firefighter who did what they did to save what they saved

    From what I've been reading it seems quite a bit was saved by those who bravely decided to stay and defend. Excellent effort.

    most of clifton hills area was, yes. roley and around brooky hwy im not so sure but up clifton hills there just wasn't enough fireys available and they simply couldnt get there in time the fire moved so quick.
