Not a lot to be said about this matchs result, the Western Force were looking good for the first 30 minutes with some inspired runs and an 18-3 lead, but failed to score again for the rest of the match, allowing the Reds to chip away at the scoreboard. The Reds took the lead with a penalty in the 70th minute and a try with only 5 minutes remaining, another last minute try by Stephen Moore sealed the match on the siren.

In what was touted as a bit of a grudge match, even the 'biff' was pretty average..

"Each week we're doing a lot of positives but we're not able to close the deal." he said. "Tonight was quite inexcusable after the lead we had.

"It was a very disappointing night for the force - we need to show a bit more character than that."

Whilst there were obvious signs of improvement, it was a disappointing finish. Here's to next week lads!
