A little rusty but on the whole pretty good. The only try the opposition scored was from an intercept. The guys that didn't play were Sharpie, Crossy, Spanner, Brownie, Giteau, Chris O'Young and Sam Wykes (as far as I could see). Everyone else got a bit of a run at least. They seemed a bit sluggish but with the heat and the fact they aren't match fit its not surprising. Hopefully they'll tighten up a bit on the kicking and set-pieces with a bit more in game practise. Then again it was mostly about giving everyone a run rather than building the combinations.

Josh Valentine looked pretty good, Nick Cummins had some great runs. DHP seems to have matured a lot as a player and did some good moves both under the high ball and on the counter. Justin Turner was good (nice to know we've got depth there at 9).

AJ made two awesome runs down the field when he played for the Gold team- didn't score but deserved to. It was amusing watching two guys trying to bring down the Juggernaut.

There were stacks of people there too hey. Considering they only really released the details of it a week ago I'd have guessed around 2000 people there. Numbers should have really good for next weeks clash.

back in training I think....Brownie said last night he wasnt obligated to train till next week but it was up to themselves..and he has been training with the rest for 2 weeks.....
