    The Force's most under-rated player?

Just wanting to know the TWF's reader's views on who is the most under rated player in the team?

    My opinion - Josh Tatupu

Why? - A great strong runner, great speed and skills, never seen him make a mistake, reliable but not flashy, always in the action

Why under rated? - usually on the bench, made 1 start this season, when he plays it is normally inside centre but came on as full back to replace O'Connor last night. Unfortunately it means he is normally by passed with Gits long cut out passes to Cross but when Josh is in the game he plays hard and fast but quietly if you see what I mean.

    Long time between "drinks" AJL

Would probably be a hard one to argue against for the Backs.
Longbottom seems to do little wrong when he plays either but is rarely sighted.

Puse and Stanners perhaps fall into the highly rated by TWF, lowly rated by EWF category?

Fair call AJL up there as well would be Chuckie, Chris O'young and Hardy.

You kindda get the feeling with a lot of these guys that the only thing separating them from the top tier is decent game time and the confidence to do something risky from time to time.

“Let me put it this way, A Springbok team contains Afrikaners, Englishmen, coloureds and blacks. It has parochial foes in Bulls, Sharks, Stormers, Cheetahs and Lions. It is a recipe for war! Yet in all the years of John Smit’s captaincy, there has never been one unhappy customer, not one voice of rebellion against his leadership. He is the glue that holds the Springboks together. The man is a legend!”- Jake White

Troy Takiari, strong in the scrums and handy around the field.Last game he played was against the blues, the scrum looked stronger when he came on.

I like BC,I think he would be better if he had Troys size.

Troy we are missing him big time. Like to see Trao in as hooker to boast the front row next season food for thought!!!
Junior is under rated i hope the force will stick with him he's just getting back from heaps of injuries and is a good straight runner I would like to see him out a centre and bench Crossy

Wouldn't mind seeing what Ben Whittaker has got at Hooker, nearly big enough as a back up Prop like Smit.

Please take it upon yourself to teach him how (literally how, not just to do it more often) to pass Bill. Especially to his right.
Personally I believe he is our most overexcused and overrated player, he show's so much potential and promise but never delivers.
He is fast becoming the Force's Morgan Turinui.

Junior seems to get into the right position to bust open defenses and then coughs up the ball...frustrating to say the least - although I must say that most of the ball thrown to him seems to be off target

    agreed with passing comments though
