not enough clubs to do the joint one.
pally joining with southern or baysie joining with midland would achieve nothing

Don't look at them as today's Clubs Pruc, but as developed over the next X years so that all are funded and fitted out with full playing squads as WA's Rugby population and playing depth increases.

Either that or suggest which two or more Clubs will put their hand up to be relegated from Premier? You may get one by amalgamating Cott and Soaks but the popular concensus here is that we need at least one more to go to bring it down to 8.

in theory it is a brilliant idea
but in WA rugby there are too many egos to take the game forward through major changes

May as well give up the Force then as it only came over as a development tool.
If it only develops one or two players a year by 2020 then may as well send it over east to somewhere that produces more players...like Nudgee...

Pruc you obviously haven't seen what sort of players are in the comps over east... if you look at what the academy players have to go through just to say they are in the academy would show that they aren't egocentric, they get paid nothing compared to those over east and probably train less with the main squad... I think in general you could say people don't like change but you can't say their is too many ego's because really there is no proof of that

Don't forget that Joondalup Bruvvers are aiming to join Premier Grade, thus complicating matters somewhat.

Luckily there are no egos anywhere near Wanneroo and Joondalup, so they could just amalgamate (or un-split if you like) and form a really big strong club.......

All the clubs are importing players from OS Perth Bayswater full of Bro's coming over... Few Yarpies in other clubs too i imagine thats why French rugby has capped international players as they see their national team getting weaker.
Look at the Poms cricket tem too many os players

English Cricket has had limits on OS players in their first class competition for a while, at least 10-15 years. English cricket just plain sucks

Aren't some of those French clubs already under the player limits already.

What is the amount of "Locals" in the local grade comp? (espeacially the top grade)
