Let's face it, the teams that win more DO make the finals, there's the little matter of 4 competition points for a win, 2 for a draw none for a loss to take into account. Why the hell would and competition administrator use the same indicator of performance to calculate the initial entry mechanism to the final series as the secondary indicator of performance....that's just plain stupid. Let's face it, the Super 14 is a competition specifically designed to encorage running rugby, hence bonus points, hence points differential....Phil's just shitty because his team haven't played the exciting rugby the competition asks for.....despite having one of the best defensive records in the competition.
