WA WOMEN DOMINATE VICTORIA ON DAY TWO OF NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The WA Amazons have opened their National Championships campaign with a resounding 60-0 win over arch-rivals Victoria on the Gold Coast this morning

Johanna Norberg picked up a hat-trick of tries, while Wallaroos star Debbie Hodgkinson crossed twice as the Amazons piled on ten tries in a disciplined performance.

The Amazons will now face Sydney in the match of the day on Thursday. Sydney posted a 76-0 win over Victoria on Tuesday in the competition's opening fixture.
