That was just a classic example of how a game should be played.

The aussies should watch the game and learn what hard at the breakdown means. It's a term they haven't got a grasp of yet.

Well done to the boks, clearly the best team in the world at the moment.

I'm pretty open minded and tend to see other points of views but man that is hard to accept. If it is win at all costs rugby you are interested in then I can maybe see your point but I prefer good rugby. Their strategy is working at the moment but I can't see it being sustainable.

But, they won and well done to them.

It's not ballet, its about getting in and smashing your opponents at the breakdown. Winning the scrum and winning the line outs.

Good hard physical rugby will win a game each and every time. Boks games against the blackness always bring out the best physical contest you will see in world rugby.

It is about win at all costs, winning is everything. Second place is the first loser. Test rugby is NOT about "just enjoy yourselves out there".

A good hard physical game is always good to watch. I think though WRF, and weather is a big part of this, that you are more used to that style of game so you enjoy it more. We are more used to the running side of things having harder ground thats easier to run on. The breakdown, scrum and line-out are all good and well and its great to see a good contest there but what is the point in having backs if they aren't really being used. I would say a better game is one where good hard physical rugby is met with good hard/deceptive running rugby.

I wonder how much you would enjoy a game if one team spent the whole game doing highly organised and effecient pick and goes where they never lose the ball and still won it.

But what about the crowd? I might as well have watched AFL for all the entertainment that provided me with last night. Infact, I did give up halfway through. It's just not interesting to watch. It certainly isn't about enjoying themselves, but if they want to drag a crowd in they should make an effort to play some worth-watching rugby.

    B&B - it's just about that bad

A kick in this game is like a rather nasty alcoholic shooter, only as good as it's chaser...

With all respect If you haven't played a game before in your life then you would not know what a game should be like.

Yesterday's test was one of the best rugby games so far this year

this is the most correct statement I have read in a long time

    BOKKE
“Let me put it this way, A Springbok team contains Afrikaners, Englishmen, coloureds and blacks. It has parochial foes in Bulls, Sharks, Stormers, Cheetahs and Lions. It is a recipe for war! Yet in all the years of John Smit’s captaincy, there has never been one unhappy customer, not one voice of rebellion against his leadership. He is the glue that holds the Springboks together. The man is a legend!”- Jake White

Yeah agreed, PB and Lara. That was one of the all time classic test matches.

One last question, "what are backs?"

Depends how you like your rugby I suppose.

Best game of this season anyway. I just love hard physical rugby, my new black eye proves it.
