He definitely deserves 4 weeks but then again the judiciary panel definitely needs to be more consistent. Having said that Tuqiri got 5 weeks for practically the same thing on Richie McCaw in 2006 or 2007. In both cases a player was brought above the horizontal and in both cases the tackling player made absolutely no attempt to soften the blow.
