Its for real, he has done well but not really defined enough. Bodybuilding is not a healthy sport. The diet is very restrictive and carb depleting can be dangerous. I presume this was a natural comp. I found out when I competed that just about everyone was on some sort of drug and I was offered drugs several times in the 3 times I competed, including by the people running the competitions.
