As a quick summary:

4. Perth has 1.6 million residents, an increase of 43,000 in one year. The city has added 166,000 people since 2003.
Immigration from overseas is far and away the dominant population increase. Even assuming all the interstaters came from Victoria and South Australia, which football codes are most of the immigrants likely to follow? And the relative proportions seem to be a consistent trend, so what conclusions should be drawn with respect to future sports infrastructure planning?

Each and every new immigrant shuld be met by a Force welcoming commitee. On arrival they are given Force supporter gear and their kids registered with RugbyWA. Conversely limit immigration. Place the question of preferred sport. If they say Rugby welcome them with open arms. If they don't ship them off to Christmas Island.
