Advertise in the local papers. Let Burgs and TEF do the interviews and auditions - should only be about 2,000 applicants ! --------- ( Spanky and Skiza could help decide too !)

The official adv would have to be made by Western Force - so hopefully they read the forum. Better yet, as many forum members vote on this poll.
