Wireless Internet - Perth

I am trying to assist my brother in getting online.

Can anyone who is based in Perth recommend a Wireless Internet Service that is good value and wont bite him if he gets carried away.

Tell him to buy his own modem - that way he doesn't get into contracts and can change easily if he doesn't like the provider.

Setting up the modem is not as bad as it seems espesically as peps on here have done it all before
