I don't think the troops command enough respect for the current captain. Eales and Gregan, can you imagine the respect they got?

I dont think he commands any less then respect then any other player in the team, it's easy to hypothesize about that sort if thing, but in we have very little knowledge in the makeup of the team dynamics..other then 2min of footage on tv

At least for a training session, if not a match, I would like to see Elsom tried at #4 instead of Mumm as we have plenty of Backrow options.
