Amazing turn-around by Scotch! They were rubbish in the early part of the season.

This should help the other schools' confidence against GGS & HS.

This Thursday are games, then holidays before the last 4 rounds

    Wesley v Hale
    Scotch v Christ Church
    Trinity v Guildford

    Ladder:

    Guildford 34
    Hale 31
    Aquinas 23
    Scotch 18
    C Church 16
    Trinity 12
    Wesley 3

Scotch might have timed their dash too late for 2011

With 2 rounds to go, the ladder looks a bit like this (apologies for the formatting):

    School P W L D For Agst BPT BP<7 POINTS
    Guildford 11 10 1 0 492 121 8 0 48
    Hale 10 8 2 0 536 102 8 1 41
    Scotch 10 6 4 0 243 284 5 0 29
    CCGS 10 5 5 0 239 281 5 0 25
    Aquinas 10 4 5 1 247 222 5 0 23
    Trinity 11 3 9 0 170 483 3 1 12
    Wesley 10 0 9 1 71 486 1 0 3

Guildford v Hale at Guildford this Saturday, then Guildford has the bye in the final week, so their season is complete after Saturday's game.

Hale has CCGS in the final week.

It is still possible for Hale to win Bro Red, but it is Guildford's to lose.

Should be a cracker of a game at GGS on Sat. Might see if I can make it along to watch.

Assume that was 4+ tries, so GGS finish on 48 and Hale are on 45 with CCGS next week.

Assume, therefore, that Hale wins The Cup again!

    .....btw

    CCGS 40 AC 14
    SC 34 WC 18

    Well done Hale.
A year of what-ifs at Scotch I would imagine, a great second half of the season.
Started with the match I watched...
Good to see competition back in the Redmond though.

9 Years and still going Crossing fingers for the 10th. Was there for the win against GG at GG, was great rugby. (Not as good as 08 and 09 if I do say so myself).
