disagree... he is nowhere near past it... you cant play to your strengths (which in sheps case is running onto the ball and through gaps) when your back line never sees the ball.

I feel Dellit is better at 13. He was very impressive at center. He doesn't have quite the same impact at 15.

Sheps is OK but I feel his best rugby is behind him and he's always out injured since the first season he joined. I don't feel the Force has got value for money from him. His efforts on the field have been worthy however. No problem with effort, commitment or performance. His luck with injury has been frustrating but his off field indiscretions suggests to me that he doesn't respect himself enough to get in peak physical condition. He looks top heavy to me.

Rugby is a contact sport and injuries go with the territory however, Super rugby is really only half a season and to miss as much rugby as he has, you'd have to be twitchy about offering the big coin for future documentation.

Yeah, I like Dellit as a 13 option. He is a generally a pretty handy guy just to have around the park.

an "expert" on the train who had a "reliable contact" said the Reds were out of it. The decision is all about money and the Rebels or Brumbies have the sig. The decision was to wait until after the Brumbies game. Apparently he's leaving but to who nobody is quite sure.
