Yep, KPI's on the number of games the Force won and if not on target he could renegotiate his contract. He also wanted a say in who we recruited. NO one is bigger than the game, sorry James. Kudos Force Management for making a stand.

He has made a huge misatke.... rebels have no coach and thier team is fullf forigners.... It was $ thats was the final issue. They will struggle next year aswell... i would of thought the Force are well placed next year to move up the ladder somewhat given the players defecting to France etc from many of the other s15 teams
