    Worse team of the day

Lets start a tread nominating the Worse performing team on that day every day for the duration of the world cup

Mine today was England by a mile. What a disappointing load of rubbish that was Japan played with more pride and guts than the pompoms

My vote's for England today, really bummed Argentina couldn't close it out......the poms'll struggle to make the quarters if they can't find some rugby in a cupboard somewhere.

Game of the day Fiji vs Namibia. What a ball-tearer, I really thought Namibia were in with a shot for a while, but Fiji ended up too strong.

Nalaga also looked like a prospect.........good!

Only saw the second half of the France vs Japan game but it was a pretty entertaining half of Rugby

I thought England were shit. But they still remain a huge threat. They played terrible and still managed to grind out a win against a tricky opponent. And don't forget the Argies are a decent side now, they finished 3rd at the last World Cup and beat France twice in that comp.

You saw the better half for mine Jargs. Great viewing both that and Fiji v Namibia, reminds of all that is good about our code.

I dunno Zed, I didn't think much of what I saw. I think they won't be headed now in the Pool but will get a humping in the QF or SF. Perhaps a thumping too...

The focus here should be on how good the Pumas were.

England have got the goods don't write them off just yet.

The rest of the world is closing in on the top 10 as well.

I think it's been quite competetive so far and I think I need to revise my winning margins.

Although not possibly in this one but the 2015 and 2019 world cups will be very competitive with the minnows stepping up and creating possible new winners for a change.

That's if the world doesn't explode in 2012.

Was saying the same today to a mate WRF.
There has been a considerable lift in standard across the board in 4 years for sure.
Who knows, perhaps in another three or four tournaments they will consider 24 teams.

I think that we will no longer see the 100+ point margins that have been in previous world cups.

Chuck Norris has the greatest Poker-Face of all time. He won the 1983 World Series of Poker, despite holding only a Joker, a Get out of Jail Free Monopoly card, a 2 of clubs, 7 of spades and a green #4 card from the game Uno.
