Almost any media interview I've seen from him. He seems to always be just taking the piss a little bit, but not so much that it's really noticeable

Probably what shep said about him in the interviews after the first home win. When shep was lining up for the kick. Sharpie said 'whatever happens, we still love you'

Can't get much more team driven than that.
