It took Christchurch to build a new stadium in 8 months following the earth quakes. I wonder if Perth can do on stand in that time?

Following on fom my rant yesterday. Hope there is a contingency plan in place to have games at Paterson Stadium in the highly unlikely event there will be a over run in building our stand.
