also - i'm more annoyed about horne STILL being unable to pass the ball. especially when he had digby open. but no. had to take the tackle and ruin the attacking phase

There was a few ordinary passing moments from our midfielders during those phases. the only time McCabe passed it was like hot potato's and did a nothing 30cm pass to Benn Robinson standing next to him who looked a bit surprised.
Amazed horne is there ahead of Faingaa. Hornes first touch was to get isolated and get penalized.

Forget cummins that isn't going to happen unfortunately. What about Foley, Shipperly, Morahan or Mogg. All better long term options and better players especially Mogg and Foley.

Agree. Would have liked to have seen what Shipperley and Mogg could offer.....they deserved the crack more imo.

Deans took a risk on Vuna..But I think his attacking flair goes a long way to offset his defensive flaws..

He is obviously very good at scoring tries, I believe he is one of the leading Australian try scorers in 2012?

Vuna could be anything. He could be an electrifying try machine. He showed some glimpses but that is all.
'Could be' isn't enough to justify a wallabies jersey just yet in my opinion.

And back to thread, Vuna missed at least 8 tackles, three in one effort on 13 who made almost 20m in the abortive attempt.

If its an attempt to make up for lack of attacking smarts in Jorne McCabe and AFinger it doesn't work, back line is seriously unbalanced and totally dependent on form of Genia who is all over shop ATM, and if Barnes decides to pass because kick is his first thought

Cooper Vuna is dead-set useless. I couldn't believe they even had him in the squad let alone selected to start! Once O'Connor, Beale, Cooper and co. are back he will never be sighted again ... I hope.
Doesn't seem to know what the hell to do, missed 3 tackles in one play chasing shadows.
