The directors need to get some new people on the show. The ego and bias has become a little inflammatory to those in the west.

We should all give fox sports some feedback on what we think of those biased tossers they have on the Rugby Club.

The biggest plonker on that show was Nucifora. High performance manager my arse, after an average run by 3 Aussie franchises, the dismal 8th which Nucifora coached the u/20s to at the JWC and the less than convincing performances by the Wallabies lately all he could offer was that our players train to hard. Seeing as he reviews his own job performance maybe the ARU should maybe look a bit closer at this guys job performance.
The biggest disadvantage Aussie rugby has is no second tier comp and no national u/20s comp and no funding for each franchise to run they're own academy. (I get to sick to death of ranting bout this) All of which can be attributed to the ARUs money saving policy. The ARU is rugbys biggest stumbling block at the moment. NZ and SA have second tier comps and look at the talent being consistently produced.
Nucifora needs to develop better strategies to take rugby forward, be less dictative to the franchises in how and who they recruit and operate or resign.

There was a bit of talk about the academies last night and why they merged into two based over east and the ONLY reason they gave was that when the Rebels were introduced there was not enough money to introduce a fifth academy.

So there was enough money for four academies, but not enough for five so why wouldn't be possible to just reduce it to three, two over east where to bulk of players come from and one over here so they is at least some form program in place for us to attract young talent locally and abroad.

Even Ewen had a whinge that when he needed to go to academy pool of players they were not even training, so they could not even utilise the existance of an academy.
