    All sections of the department from strength and conditioning to team travel arrangements will be channelled through Webb.
    Webb, who has strong links in the eastern States player base and with player managers, will also work with Foley on recruitment and retention of players.


    Looks like an extension of Mitch Hardy's old job but with more contact with the coach.

    As long as they do it professionally and dont do a repeat of the So called TAhs Salary cap debarkle as quoted by NTT or are they infiltrating the west to wind us up.. I hope not I hope they all coming here to show the east we are the best and can bring mpore westies to the major levels of the code... We need a person who can recruit but he also has to remember that WA has some lower level Talent to that needs bring thru the ranks
