we're sick of mediocrity and the farking circus of under achievemnet, player squabbles, sacked coaches, sun runner coaches, gimps, players who wouldn't make my Sunday Pub side.....and the farkin excuses

I applaud the coaching selections. Some of the recruitment smacks of panic. I hate the word "building"

develop the local game. Open the cheque book and sign some real winners

Do it before the Force is terminated

The last few years have been an embarrassment to the organisation. Stop talking, fondling our wangers and start delivering

Results matter.

We're sick of watching the sh1te your organisation is peddling as "rugby"

Have a look at the mungo Rebels. No juniors. Small supporter base.........winning culture

You have lost tens of thousands of members from the circus that has been running and the rugby that is worse than watching pony club equestrian events

Okay, I'll tell you how it works.

Senior Clubs have 2 votes, District Clubs and Affiliated Bodies have 1 vote each. Board members have a vote each as well and usually stick together so unless the clubs organise themselves (which they rarely do) the Board and their allies (the Western Suburbs clubs) rule the roost and the cycle continues.

Some of the Board are elected whilst others are appointed by the Board because they bring specialist expertise to the table.
