Just spoke to an official at Pirates RFC. The guidelines on the ticket apply. But he went on to say that common sense will apply to those with genuine medical issues and it's a matter of speaking to security.
For those who don't know the ground; there is limited seating available on concrete terraces in front of the clubrooms (a rough guess says the capacity abt 200). The rest of the ground is pretty flat. Get there very early is the best advice.

I played touch at that ground last year.

It would be lucky to have 30 'seats'
