I watched it at JBs, wouldnt mind seeing a replay up close.

I screamed like everyone at the two kicks and fumed for a while after, but the more I think about it the more it seems on purpose because of the size and height mismatch between their wing Mitchell and our wing Dellit. Remember they also did it in Mandurah for Junior to score.

Now if that IS the case it shows someone is actually thinking things through and has a cunning plan for a change as opposed to the haphazard BS of yesteryear.

SB - IF this was a rehearsed play then my question would be, why didn't we try it earlier in the game ? I feel its a pretty high risk play and would far rather have kept the ball in hand, at that juncture of the game - anyway - thats my opinion :-)

Does anyone have any inside gossip on CTM ? Injured or just not cutting it ? Very strange he's not in the touring group !!!!

I thought Kyle had a great game in general play.I thought he and Sam combined really well together.
I think Sias should be brought into 10 and move that pairing out one.This kills many birds with 1 stone.It takes the goalkicking pressure off young Kyle.It gives that young combination more time and space away from the traffic.It gives the Force alonger more accurate kicking game with the ball in hand and off the tee.It gives Stanley an opportunity to find a comfortable seat in the stand where he belongs.Finally it is away to apologise to Sias for the disgraceful way he was treated-sent out with 4 minutes to go with obvious instructions of do something different.....if JR had been on that wing ,the result may have been different.

I doubt the instruction would have been to try something different. It is far more likely it would have been hold on to the ball at all costs...! Then again, with 4 minutes to go, you don't really need that instruction - it's common sense.

Matt Hodgson is listed in the squad. Thats interesting, he must either be fit now or a very good chance for the Bulls game

I spoke to CTM after the main game on Friday, asked if he knew if he was part of squad to Safr as it hadn't been announced at that point. He did score a try in the Force A game but as I mentioned earlier in this thread there is a lot more competition for places in the matchday 22.

I understand that Foley is operating a rotation policy and is definitely trying to ensure tight competition for places by picking on form and form only. Personally, I fully support that approach.
