This is the team I want Foley to field next year... With recruits

    1 Faulkner

    2 Charles

    3 Maafu

    4 Madness

5 The beast from the bush Walton

    6Mccalman

    7 Hodgson

    8 Lopeti Timani *****

    9 Ian Prior ****

    10 JOC *****

    11 Morahan *****

12 Godwin ----- he'd reminds me of Gitaeu without the kicking game but with Jamie Roberts's direct running and defensive game by the time he is twenty two he will be one of the top 3 players in the Wallaby backline 1)Genia 2)JOC 3)Godwin.... Foley keep this guy.

    13 Junior

    14 HB

15 I'd love to see either a young recruit in at full back e.g. Betham but I think we need a league convert who has great flair and who is young.....

    Subs

    Manu

    Whittaker

    Wykes

    Brown

    Hart

    Sias

    Ed Stubbs

Betham at age 24 needs to pull finger, I think he would be best suited with the Reds or Force and given a crack at full back.

re young league player, dems fighting words Big Ted: West Australian Rugby have SEVERAL young full backs aged 16-19 years of age coming through the ranks!!

This one however you are on the money with, better than his older bro.....8 Lopeti Timani, something our Togan community could help with.

I think Mcalman will go and hopefully Wykes both have been disappointing this season...... Mcalman to the waratahs meaning that if the Tahs keep Folau they may not have the salary budget to keep Lopeti.... The force grab Timani, Ulgia and Lachie Turner il be surprised if Charles or Whittaker doesn't go... Wykes will end up in France... Force new pack would be fantastic I fearful 8 for any team to play..

The boys are playing much better rugby this year. Not quite as consistent as I would like, but seeing as stocks for next year are looking good at this early stage. If we keep building like we are plus some new guys I think 2014 will be a good year for the ocean blue.

McCalman? I'd have said he's doing his job well enough, without standing out like Browny has. Glad he's staying. As reliable as the sunrise, IMO.

Lachie Turner broke his leg on sat so if it was him who was rumoured in news i doubt he will be coming now. Hard luck to the guy 2 year long injurys back to back hw might struggle to get a gig now.

King Kyle will be 12 for the RWC barring injury, We need another lock and a #13. I would also suggest that Mr Foley does not like SAF personnel as both Sarel and Sias are or were on the bench. If this is the case give the guy a break and cut him loose and find another require development player for 2014. What is McCaffrey and CTM doing besides being tackling bags. Give them a crack or cut them loose.
Jess this 2010 shiraz is good.

I suppose you could be right. Equally and more probably you could be adding 2+2 and getting 3. Good as Sias' kicking game is, he doesn't threaten the line enough to either release his outside backs or make the line break himself. So far anyway.

Who knows. Maybe having the leg injury will mean the Waratahs offer him a shitty deal. He might be interested in coming West (cut price of course). If fit, he would definitely compliment the Force outside backs.

Was Sias a Foley signing? I can't remember whether he was already signed up before Foles took over.
