DHP looks like he has done the hard yards and has become a better player a good argument to give him another crack at super rugby unless his agent stuffs it up
Any kid who wants to play super rugby needs to be working bloody hard . goes with any sport if you train two nights a week and going through the motions of playing each saturday you will go no where long term
kids have got to want it ( not mum and dad) it is a 12 month hard slog and sacrifices along the way . it is the ability to drag yourself out of bed or off the lounge and do the work . there are plenty of people and resources out there like Dwayne that will give kids like this 100 % support unfortunately they are too far and few between .
as community rugby people if you see a kid who has talent these are the conversations their club coaches need to have with them . Lets hope there are plenty of kids out there willing to work hard put good performances on the paddock and despite maybe being dropped or missing out on team selections from time to time ( which by the way is life) pick themselves up and work even harder . Players like Kyle isn't doing what he is doing now because of a golden pathway or favourable selections - he wanted to be a professional player has overcome any setbacks that may have shot his chances down and got on with it , he is tough mentally and he will continue to achieve
Chertubler let's have a good news story from you buddy !!
