Really, 'cos my observation was that it was kicking the penalty that put the Brumbies in a position to score the try. Yep, the kicks before they could have gone for to increase the lead, but kicking to get a 4 point advantage in the final 5 minutes is the sort of decision the Force tend to make - taking your foot off the opponents throat when you've got them pinned and (almost) beaten.
