I agree Peter, but I think a lot of the delay relating to player announcements is probably down to the ARU's contracts Dept who seem to move at the pace of a snail.

I've probably asked this before so forgive me for asking again but does the ARU have to ratify all S15 contracts or just those of the Wallaby contingent?
