Enquiry by USA college player

Hey guys, don't really know where to post this, but I got contacted on facebook by a college player from the USA named Josh Holland. I've seen him play at the USA national sevens championships and he looks like quite an elusive, useful back.

I am not a coach however

Anyway, he's expressed interest in furthering his career at a higher level and made enquiries about whether there is any pathways for him to play in Australia and see if he's good enough to maybe one day play Super Rugby.

I have no idea who to contact about this, but I thought if he had a showreel/scouting movie he could show that to someone down here.

Any ideas?

Best option for him is to send his rugby CV to Rugbywa someone like Dwayne Nestor or Elwee Prinsloo how old is he

I would say 19-21 I think. I have no real idea , but I'll tell him.
