Can someone also please explain to me why the ref ignored that blatant high hit on Nathan in the 1 st minute and then 2 seconds later awarded a penalty to the Reds for a high tackle? Perhaps the Force should be doin a Cheka/Dicko number and placing a please explain to sanzar?

That's a ref who wants a few weeks off I reckon!
He seemed to miss more than he picked up and was very inconsistent. But who cares "We won" not only did we beat the Reds we beat the Ref!

Angus deserved the yellow IMVHO it was poor technique with not even a swinging arm that didn't wrap. Every other part of Angus's game was good and gee doesn't he get under the skin of the opposition. Cheese and angus must have a competition to see who can piss someone in the opposition off the most. Not sure who won.

Just finished watching it again and the win was better second time around... The Force played All Black rugby of the 70s and 80s with good ball retention and paitence... The reds showed how they can only cross the line when playing 14 men as they only scored from kicks once force at full strenght.. They call them flat passes but when you watch a second time many were forward but as said before in the posts the ref was inconsistant... Was a little disappointted the boys did not go for the corners and a line out sometimes but a win is a win would love to have seen a 3rd 4 try win... I think pulling eberson when he did helped so he could not kick the ball in the final 5 mins

Been a Force Supporter since 2006 and am a real proud one at that.. Matt Hodgo and the Team ..I may have been crictical of some parts of the rugby played early this yr but I eat my words .You have shown great skill and paitence and I hope you can take it further
