Giteau cleared for opening Tri-Nations clash

Centre Matt Giteau has been cleared to play in the Wallabies' Tri-Nations opener against New Zealand in Christchurch on Saturday, but Clyde Rathbone and Wycliff Palu are ruled out with hamstring injuries.
