Any professional sportsman has only a limited time to earn money from his talents. The Honey Badger has decided to use his talents to help his family. What an honourable bloke. I for one will be upstanding to applaud him take and depart the field tomorrow night.

His Dad's not well and a couple of his siblings are also pretty ill. I'm not sure how working in Japan will be better than WA.

I now know the circumstances, and it's the above with knobs on. The guy is trying to provide for his whole family as they can't. So it is about money, but for good reasons.

Where do you dream this stuff up? The ARU are NOT putting money into Karmichael Hunt. Yes the Reds are trying to secure him but it is far from a done deal. He wants to remain in South East Queensland, but the money on offer from the Reds would be significantly south of his current AFL pay packet.

Best of luck to Nick Cummins. A great footballer and a good bloke. Putting his family's security first is a no brainer, particularly given their difficult personal circumstances.

Just because we are paranoid, does not mean THEY are not out to get us!!!!!!!
