    Cruden to mis RWC

Bad for Aaron, he will miss RWC with broken ACL.

Where is Stephen "Beaver" Donald these days.....

That has to be encouraging for us for this weekend though...............even if only slightly...??

Shame he'll miss the RWC though. I think he got injured at the last one as well, didn't he...? And I'm sure Donald is playing in England, Bathh maybe..?

Stephen Donald was part of the commentary crew last week for an NZ game.. He was known as "White Bait " after the RWC in NZ (I hope I've got the right guy!! - apologies in advance if I haven't!! ) I could be having a senior moment!!

A shame for Cruden. Guess that leaves Barrett, Slade and Carter for a standby for RWC. I am a bit of a fan of Lima Sapoanga of the Highlanders. Always seems to put in a solid performance.

    1) Carter/Barret 3) Taylor
Slade as an outside back can also run a game
Possibly also whatever the highlanders 10 is. I'd have Carter start for experience, as Barrett is better off the bench. & Carter can slide to 12 or even 9 should he have to at 60 mins, or go for an early sit down

They're not out of options by any means of the word
