Rugby boss backs Force to stay in WA

Perhaps this will shut up the eastern States media and those on Rugby 360

Nick Taylor - The West Australian on April 14, 2016, 5:45 pm

Australian Rugby Union chairman Cameron Clyne has committed the sport’s governing body to the long-term future of a Perth-based Western Force.
A decision is expected soon on the Force’s long-term future financial, commercial and management structures following discussions with the ARU who have already paid $800,000 for the club brand.
But with all five Australian Super club’s struggling financially Clyne said the ARU was willing to look at different options.

    Yeah maybe you're right
Maybe we need some people who are good at these things to make some posters or banners that say something like: This is our home and we're staying or something equally as clever. As long as they are not on sticks I think you can take card or sheet into nib can't you?

Maybe our future as club can be called into question when we have had more funding than the other clubs in Australia, until then, quite frankly the ARU and anyone else can fuck off.
Base "finding contributed" against "results achieved" and "time in competition" and then i dare you to come back to me with a legitimate argument against.

Putting aside financial / population arguments, geographically it makes sense to keep a team here as other teams go to and from SA.

This young Shambeckler is so keen to play that he left his family and friends to be here. The under 20s comp has been so good to show young players here a path that they could be taking. Whilst the results may not be what was wanted, what a great experience for them all.

it's good to hear some good about the u20s, let's face it the results were hardly inspiring and it WAS coached by Dwayne Nestor, which kinda sets it up for a fair bit of ridicule on this site.

Do you actually know Dwayne or are you just trying to pretend you know something about rugby? You know jackshit about the game - Sevenmile and the rest of us have you worked out.

I don't know Dwyane Nestor from a bar of soap. (probably the reason it's taking me a while forming an opinion)

Now that I understand that knowing jack shit about the game involves hating him I'll start working on it I guess.

    Thanks for educating me

Dwayne is a good coach and has more coaching ability in his little pinky that you'll ever have. How dare you character assassinate someone whom you don't know.

You always start your posts with " I don't know anything about the subject matter but I'll give you my opinion anyway." You sound like a failed school teacher. Am I close?

Play an active role in your local club and you might gain some credibility.

Thanks for the invitation darkness, but if club rugby people are like you, I'm happy to go without the "credibility"

And I'm not particularly interested in the opinions of one dick head who has failed to follow the story regarding my opinions of Dwyane Nestor.

Respond... Or don't, it makes no difference to me, I'm done with this conversation

You can't even spell his name correctly so presumably you are not a teacher of English. Woodwork?

Go down to your local club tomorrow and volunteer, you might actually enjoy it.
