there's a bottle shop over the road guys... should just go there for supplies if wests don't have a good enough selection.. though from memory i think they've got a decent bar in there.

biltong....no worries.....get a great big old nor wester bull...put in a pot with some spices and woooster sauce....and a bucket of smooth pebbles....boil for 16 days......then suck on the pebbles....voila...Biltong....
