8 years to investigate due to the complexity of the case. The ARU is more clear cut due to the fact from what Alan Jones said about de Clyne they are dumb.

ASIC are already two years in to the Brumbies land deal investigation. The ACT Government have probably got their grubby mits on it as they have good experience in arranging farcical land deals.

Alan Jones has a lot of political clout and is the only person in Sydney in the press taking apart the ARU. Probably the only person in the east coast media to interview Sen. Reynolds.

He has a 15 percent market share in Sydney with a lot of Rugby listeners that he can suck in with his views.
