I for one am not happy about the possible delay - it only makes me think they will be able to weasel out of things. Who ever was the wordsmith who wrote the original letter to Greg Hunt, (and started this big thing for me) it is time to start drafting a letter to ASIC petitioning them to take up the recommendations of the senate committee. I imagine that all (meaning us all) will copy and send same to ASIC pretty quickly once the review is known, but ASIC will need to be petitioned to take action against a national sporting body. What say you?

One of my colleagues used to be in the investigation division of the ATO. I shall be quizzing him about how to petition the ATO to mount an investigation as well as ASIC!!

I’ve been searching in the “Paradise Papers” for any mention of anyone in the cabal. But I suspect they will have covered their tracks well enough. Although, they aren’t too bright so maybe...

They haven't covered their tracks. Their books are sloppy, business deals have been picked apart and they get their tv rights in USD so any dodgy transactions between Sanzaar and the ARU will have to be investigated by the FBI

He stood in as acting chair of the ARU when the incumbent chairman got on the slops and made a dick of himself in the early 2000's. He returned as a board member later - a NSWelshman nominated by Qld. He later resigned when a Rat's Arse bailout of Qld was being organised. He stated that the position should be filled by a Queenslander. Ended up Eales got the gig. Read between the lines. Cosgrove is a man of the highest integrity.

Certain Rebels fans on G & G need to be educated about the other put option the ARU had which was to cut the Rebels which the ARU had no intention of using. It was Force vs Rebels and they never had any intention of cutting the Rebels despite them draining exorbitant amounts of money out of the game.

Good post Bakkies, but seems a waste of breath on these dimwits- “There are none so blind as those who will not see” ( or however that goes). It gets very frustrating to see the crap they come out with. Basically I couldn’t give a shit anymore what East Coast thinks, they’ll be flailing around soon enough.
