1. Pulver V Cox sweet heart deal will be hot topic....more the lack of KPI's for that extra $6m + the $750k startup money. She will also drag up other potential buyers and why the deal did not get wider advertising, bang for you buck stuff. If the $6m was indeed 'front end loaded', why did the ARU not ask for Cox for a refund?
2. Why was the ARU taking to the VRU about the RugbyWA writ and why did they have the Alliance Agreement in Norths office?
3. Anything to do with the ARU knowing about the 5 to 4 scenario prior to the Alliance Agreement ~ ground for deceptive and misleading conduct?
4. Probably a general bullocking for incomplete information presented after the list of 'on Notice' items.

I don't believe that it needs to be prior to signing the agreement for the ARU to be charged. By their own media they held to the idea of five franchises for no more than five weeks after signing. If it can be proven that they were thinking of the force from the beginning then they are guilty of at least failing to act in good faith. If it can be Proven that they supported the rebels in the background, then there are some anti-competitive practices that need to be followed up
