    Is it right to rest National players from the Super14?

    In light of recent news of New Zealands intent to rest it's All Blacks players from the opening 7 rounds of the 2007 Super 14 to give themselves an apparent advantage in the World Cup, do you think it's right?

    Well considering the 22 being rested will be the 22 All Blacks, it'll be the NZRU doing the topping up.

    Unfourtunately the provinces will probably still be paying the players contract.

    PS: boks played well in passages and in others displayed the worst rugby I have ever seen them play... I say Pretorius should start and Olivier should be ahead of Fourie..

    The last weekend of Super 14 is 5/6/7 May.

    Followed by shortened Tri Nations fixture June/July.

    Followed by APC August.

    RWC starts 7 September.
