Some interesting articles from across the dutch.

Turns out the Aussies aren't bad...geez your making us blush with such high praise fellers

Finally, we can talk about something red that isn't cards when it comes to Super Rugby. Instead, it's the faces of everyone who predicted that Super Rugby Pacific would be one way traffic when the competition went trans-Tasman...............Just to put it in perspective: this was the first time they'd won two games against NZ teams in one Super Rugby round in eight years. It was also the first time their sides had outscored ours in aggregate points in a decade........

................with a little Johnson/Nisbet style jab the tail ...............

............the Tahs pulled off a shock win over an undergunned Crusaders in 2018 as well, however this time they did it with some inside help. Charlie Gamble was probably unknown to most New Zealand rugby fans outside of Christchurch before this season, but the former St Bede's College student is definitely on the minds of plenty now.

    The Aussies are back, baby

Thoughts that this six-week block of trans-Tasman fixtures to round out Super Rugby Pacific’s regular season would be merely a Kiwi jostle for positioning in the top four have been hoofed to touch.

Are we talking about the same match or have the Rebels just collapsed in the second half?

The other good news being that TWAS is calling foul Not sure how much truth to his comments but still satisfying nonetheless

The ref was fairly consistent - the team playing to the left on the Stan cameras (North?) was getting the rub of the ref's decision all game. It's largely how the Rebels were able to stay in the game in the 1st half!

His adjudication of the ruck seemed all over the shop. Somehow the Rabble we're still in touch midway H2, despite the Blues snapping out of their sleep at half time. I was amazed they managed to lead after the number of tackles they fell off in H1. The Blues were swatting them away like flies. From then they self destructed with serial inexplicable dumb decisions.

The hodge carter breakout in their 22 that led up to a try was a bloody good piece of work. Very slick and well worked.

Ironically it started with one of the forward passes that TWAS was complaining about

I thought the ref team had a good game in the first half but there were some interesting decisions in the second. Perhaps the pace of the game was a problem?

I'm not losing any sleep over the TWAS situation as he's no friend of the WF.
He obviously needs a big dose of gruntle.
