I think Max Burey did well for his first game but not there yet.

Tizzano was involved but looking like he may of hurt himself a couple times, hope he pulls up well. Same as Bo

Not that we played very offensively often but didn't notice Spink as much.

Hard game to watch and after watching the Drua beat the Canes today. Next week will be interesting

Our scrum must be one of the worst in the comp and definitely the worst we’ve ever put on the paddock. Hopefully our lack of depth will be sorted out with some new signings. They are key players without good forwards the backs aren’t going to have a chance.

So am I and Dom the only ones who just don’t get what Wells offers? I know Tazz throws up the stats each week but his effectiveness I’m just struggling to see. Is it high time to finally give Pugh and Feleti starts that they highly deserve?

After just watching that game it’s very hard to take some positives out of that! Maybe the positives are crusaders didn’t get 50!

Feleti had a shocker last week unfortunately, but was great off the bench today and a couple of weeks ago. Worth a crack at starting with Horton off the bench for sure.

Isi looked a bit slow and underdone. Hopefully better for the run this week and will be firing next week. Pugh to start over him or Wells, who as above, I really don't believe offers enough.

We're really missing Rodda. I think the front row isn't getting too much assistance from our second row, and our maul defense and offense is embarrassingly bad. Williams and Kalapu are great around the ground but don't appear to be great in these areas unfortunately.

And are we going to go all season without hearing what is going on with Koteka? It's complete madness that we're this far into the season and it's been radio silence. He won the Nathan Sharpe medal in 2021 for crying out loud. Could you imagine Nic Nat not playing for more than half the season and the eagles not mentioning his status at all?! Completely unacceptable for members who've paid good money thinking they'd see him play, or just in maintaining a fan following of the team. We appear to be the only 'professional' sorting team on the planet who think saying how many weeks away a player is breaches their medical confidentiality or some such bullsh!t.
