Amusing watching my (non Rugby) Father watching with me when the commentators keep saying how "hot" it is. When you are used to 3-4 months of the year over 40, 29-32 is a cool change.

What a joke in 33c weather.
I'd have gone in a different gate! I took ice and sunscreen in both days.

Sevens on Facebook are saying Sunday now sold out. Pretty busy today, will be interesting to see crowd figures

I brought my bottle of ice and sunscreen roday, no issues. Reckon I could if had 1/4 of my bottle with booze and got in as long as it didn't go beyond the ice

Had to pour out water and throw away spray suncream but had other water bottles they didn’t find.

Other than that brilliant day, great crowd, beach club out the back was cranking at the end and aussies both made it through

Well... Yeah we didn't get a single one of the 50-50 calls (and you could probably find some 70-30 calls if you tried hard) but you could argue that the ref had formed an opinion based upon our discipline in previous games.
A team as good as they are should be able to play cleaner than that.

I just want to say, after three days outside. The Sun and I are taking a break. I'm sure we'll pick up our relationship again at some point. But in the meant time, it's free to date.

Yeah, I went through Gate 4 on Sunday and the lady in front of me got in full of ice.

The lady running Gate 3 is the worst!

Never saw the numbers put up again but Saturday felt like more than Friday and Sunday was a sell out. WWOS I think had a quote from Phil Waugh saying there was 20k

Was upset (but not surprised) that there wasn't a single word about the Sevens in the Worst on Saturday. They even found room in the Sports pages for a story about Liverpool, but nothing about an international competition drawing crowds of ~50,000 over the 3 days.
