Western Force players have been called in to assist the NSW Blues with an opposed session today @ HBF Park. Unfortunately it's a closed session. Bugger!
If not for Angus CrichtonÂ’s defiance, he could be spending Monday helping NSW prepare for State of Origin rather than training for it.
Two days out from Origin II, the Blues will head to the future home of the Perth Bears at HBF Park to ramp up preparations for Wednesday night.
There, NSW will run an opposed session against members of Western AustraliaÂ’s state team, with players from the Western Force Super Rugby Pacific club also called in.

"The main difference between playing League and Union is that now I get my hangovers on Monday instead of Sunday - Tom David
Appears that it was the academy boys
We scrum for posession, run for the try zone, bleed for the team and live for the game
I wonder if any like remotely related to the Bears were there having a sniff around the Force academy guys.
The Force are going to have to be on their toes and really smart in the next few years……There are going to be cheque books ( tax payer funded and others ) being dangled around …
