I don't think Mitchell will play Giteau at 9, and nor should he, Gits is one of the best 12's in the world, why would you move him? We have 2 class 9's already. Personally I think on last years form that O'Young was the 3rd best half in the country, but he didn't get the game time needed to really tell. I still maintain my position that Sheehan is a clown and should never wear the green and gold again.
How the Force line up in the backline will be very interesting.
I think they will start with:
    9. Henjak
    10.MacKay
    11.Mitchell
    12.Giteau
    13.Pelesasa
    14. Staniforth
    15. Shepherd
But thats all likely to change after a few warm up games. Going to be awesome to see them in action... All we need now is a decent stadium and life will be good.

I think Mackay will start off the bench, with Hilgendorf at 10

The reason I thought they might start MacKay was for a bigger body in defence, with Gits and Pelesasa at the Centre's we aren't huge there, somethign that could be exploited if we have a small fly half as well.
This is all on the assumtion that both MacKays legs haven't fallen off, talk about a horror run with injury... I think there should be an under over pool for who will play more minutes before injury Lachlan or Rudi...

All jokes aside I would love to see the injury woes of last year left behind as a distant memory leaving Mitchell the enviable task of selecting from a full squad for the entire year.

I still believe that McKay is the most level headed, classical flyhalf in the force squad. You want to get that backline good clean ball.

You're right, Mitchell won't move him from 12, the backline is simply how I would have it. I'm Australian and would continue to play Gits at 9 and Spanner at 12 in the country's interests.

Went to the same clown school as Henjak I believe, I don't put much faith in either. Main reason I want to see Gits at 9 some more.
