How is it that he can spend $25M on the SCG and Eric Ripper can't find any money during the biggest economic boom in the states history to build (or improve ) a decent rugby stadium?

The Whole Force party party party would be better off awaiting the emergence of a charismatic leader of the younger generation, perhaps Beaver, Shaunmarn or pruc.
