Ulster Squad Team Building Day

The Ulster players spent Monday on a team building day at the Steeple Complex in Antrim where they learnt new skills from the PSNI's expert public order trainers. Exercises were designed to build morale and reinforce how to maintain discipline and work together in stressful situations.
